Child Gaming Sessions in April 2025

We have a wide range of games and adaptive equipment to ensure everyone can enjoy gaming, no matter their needs. We’ll match the right technology to your abilities so you can play with ease. If you haven’t visited us before, do get in touch with any questions. Call: 0808 800 0009 or email: [email protected].

We welcome up to 2 guests per disabled gamer to our sessions so feel free to bring along a friend or sibling.

We offer two types of tickets:

  1. Assistive Tickets are for gamers who need specialist equipment or one-to-one staff support.
  2. General Admission Tickets are for any gamers who do not need one-to-one staff support as well as friends or family joining in the gaming. Parents/carers not gaming don’t need a ticket.

Quick Tip:

  • If you use a standard gaming controller in a standard way (with both hands), book a General Admission Ticket.

Important Details:

  • Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your session starts.
  • Wheelchair accessible with lift access.

Sold Out Tickets?

  • If General Admission tickets sell out, you can join the waiting list.
  • If Assistive Tickets sell out, contact us directly as extra places might be available based on support needs:
  • Use our contact form here
  • Choose “Assistive Tickets Have Sold-Out” in the drop-down.
  • Provide details of the attendee’s disability, or just name and contact details if they’re a regular attendee.
